We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some destinations may require additional duties or taxes which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Melissa footwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products unless they arrive defective:

  • Adult Flip Flops
  • Baby Sandals
  • Kids Flip Flops
These items are considered final sale.
