Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Adult Flip Flops
- Baby Sandals
- Kids Flip Flops
These items are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
- If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping

For international returns (outside the US):
